We held our Winter Dinner on Saturday at the lovely Carberry Tower, near Edinburgh. Carberry’s storied history reaches back to the 15th century, and today’s entrance hall is part of the original Castle keep, completed in 1500. We dined in the Elphinstone Room after drinks in the Library.
